Can anyone recommend a bar or restaurant in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area for appetizers and 10 Cane rum?

I'm looking for a bar or restaurant in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area that serves great appetizers and drinks. I would like to find a place that serves 10 Cane rum. An ocean view is not necessary.
