Are you talking about the movie with the mafia criminals hiding out in the house and there is one scene where he used one of his toys to steal a porkchop from one of them? And it takes place it a newly built house that is empty because it hasn't been sold yet? Yeah I remeber seeing that one on wb11 sunday afternoon movies. But the second one is small soldiers.
