why would he care to tell you something that doesnt really matter ? people say things all the time but that doesnt mean that they should p it on to someone who may feel hurt. he knew he didnt have to say anything. it would be different if she stole something or she did something to really hurt you. Some people are like your friend and need to shut their mouths. but her bf knows this and he shouldnt have repeated such BS to you and it shouldnt mean anything to him.
