Are we common law married? (Texas)?

I have lived with my fiance for 9 months. We got together after his divorce was filed and it has since been final. During that time, I added him to my checking account and he added me as an authorized user of his credit cards. We have listed each other as beneficiaries on insurance and he added me to his auto insurance along with getting added to my lease so he could also include the Renters policy to our insurance. We joined a church where the ceremony will be held and we are listed as Mr. and Mrs. in the registry and have been wearing wedding rings the entire time. He wants a ceremony to make us "legal", but I believe we are already common law married. Am I right?
