Can i get banned for using the no recoil glitch in black ops ?

i use this no recoil glitch where u choose your reticle to be circle with crosshairs so can i get banned for using this it also doesnt seem to be working very good so if u know another legal better way to reduce the recoil tell me but a way where i wont be banned from psn or black ops also if you are playing black ops tell me your psn id and i will add you :D
