Divorced father rights on mother emigrating?

I have 2 children from a previous relationship and a stepson from my current husband. In our experiences it is the thought of the court system and myself that equal time with both parents is needed to ensure and continue a healthy relationship with the children..It is in the best interest of the children to stay within visiting distance with both parents..Even if you think it would be good for the children, it would not be good for them to go from seeing their father daily to 2 times a year..well good luck and i hope this helped..
