Does a woman's home impress guys at all?

I'm weighing EVERY option between two apartments I'm looking at and I wondered if it matters to men where a gal lives whatsoever. Furthermore, do guys (consciously or subconsciously) evaluate anything based on where a girl lives, if its cozy or basic, the cleanliness, etc?
