The most embarring time in my whole life. Please what can l do?

Okay basically my ex and his friend has been pestering me for a for weeks but l keep on saying no obviously because l'd rather not. Anyway, earlier on l was out and left my phone at home and it rang and my dad answered it because he thought it was his phone (we have the same phone) and apparently the person on the phone was my ex's friend, my dad recorded it for me and they he saying ''Oh ___ said you was amazing in bed, l want to suck your big t!ts, c'mon lets have that , you know you really want it." etc. l can't believe it. My das not even talking to me now, at one point he nearly threw my phone at the wall! How do l straighten this out? :( l'm 18 so its not like l'm really young or anything!
