Why can't I kiss him?????

my bf (sean) and me hav been datin for a month now an we havent kissd. he knows im not ready but my friends say it needs to happen. he respects that im not ready. i mean he doesnt push it on me, but i feel bad cuz i know he really wants to kiss me. but wen the time comes i just cant bring myself to do it. like today we were at the school an like we were the only ones in a hallway that was dark and we were watchin a vid on youtube on his fone so i was leanin on him an i lookd up @ him an he lookd down, an i thought about kissin him right then an there but i got nervous an couldnt do it. do u think that if just surprise kissd me i wud be able to do?
